Caracara cheriway

With long, yellow legs. Dark both above and below, with white face and neck, as well as a black cap.

During flight, it appears to have long neck and tail, and the head, as well as the wing spots and base of tail are recognized from the distance, being white.

Generaly silent, except by a sound they emit, kind of "crack, crack" from which their name comes.
