Mexican Blue Jay
Aphelocoma ultramarina
It has the approximate size of a dove, although with a thinner body.
The head, and rest of the body are blue, with gray back and a black spot int he ear.
It lives in the oak forests within the municipality, and when it sees somebody approaching, the whole bird colony flies away, stopping at a safe distance, while at the same time emitting their alarm: Wink? Wink?
