Poeciliopcis occidentalis
It is distinguished by having a prominent belly and a rounded to almost square caudal fin.
It is the most common fish along the Santa Cruz or Asuncion rivers, and in the image we se both sexes. The female is lighter and larger, while the male is smaller and black.
