Law that declares Nogales,

a city

ADOLFO DE LA HUERTA, CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNOR OF THE FREE AND SOVEREIGN STATE OF SONORA,

TO IT´S INHABITANTS, LET IT BE KNOWN:

That the H. State Congress has sent me the following:

NUMBER 23

The Congess of the State of Sonora, in the name of the population, decrees the following:

LAW THAT RAISES THE VILLA OF NOGALES TO THE CATEGORY OF CITY.

Only Article. It must be raised, and is raised to the category of City, today´s Villa of Nogales.

Article Transitory. This law will begin operating from the day of it´s publication in the "Official Bulletin" of the State.

Let it be known to the Executive for it´s promulgation. Meeting Hall of the State Congress.
